Terms of service

By purchasing from Stow Coffee Company, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Order Cancellations & Changes

Once an order is confirmed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. We will do our best to accommodate requests, but if processing has begun, the customer will be responsible for all related costs, including service fees, shipping charges, and a 20% restocking fee.

2. Pricing Errors

If a pricing mistake occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund via the original payment method.

3. Maintenance & Repairs

All repairs and maintenance must be handled by Stow Coffee Company or an authorized service center. Customers are responsible for all service fees, including shipping costs for sending and receiving items. Attempting unauthorized repairs will void the warranty.

4. Warranty Terms

The warranty will be void if any equipment is opened, modified, or serviced by unauthorized technicians. Stow Coffee Company is not responsible for any damage caused by unauthorized servicing.

5. Payment Plan Policy

For purchases made through a direct debit payment plan, customers must follow the agreed payment schedule. Missing two consecutive payments may result in the retrieval of the product, with additional legal or collection fees if necessary.

6. Product Variations

While we strive for accuracy in descriptions and images, minor variations in color, material, or packaging may occur due to manufacturing differences. These do not qualify for returns.

7. Ownership & Shipping Responsibility

Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, ownership transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs during shipping.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

Fraudulent chargebacks will be reported and may result in a ban from future purchases. Customers are encouraged to reach out to our support team for any order disputes.

9. Business Hours & Urgent Requests

Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (UAE time). Service requests made outside these hours will be processed on the next business day. Urgent requests may incur additional fees.

10. Fraud Prevention

We actively monitor orders for fraudulent activity and may take legal action if fraud is detected.

11. Liability Disclaimer

Stow Coffee Company is not liable for any damages, losses, or issues resulting from improper use of our products or failure to follow maintenance guidelines.

12. Legal Jurisdiction

All purchases are subject to UAE laws, and any disputes will be handled under UAE jurisdiction.
