Shipping policy
All orders placed with Stow Coffee Company are final once shipped, and we do not accept returns on shipped items. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including any additional charges for handling, packaging, and service fees. Once the merchandise has been transferred to the carrier, ownership passes to the customer, and Stow Coffee Company holds no further responsibility for the condition or delivery of the goods.
In cases requiring maintenance or service, the customer will bear all shipping costs, including both sending the item for service and receiving it back. Service-related shipping fees are non-refundable and will be charged to the customer in addition to any service or repair costs.
