Refund policy
At Stow Coffee Company, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any products unless they arrive defective or damaged. In such cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
If a return is approved, it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Additionally, all shipping charges, service fees, and any related costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Returns will only be accepted if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
Please note that due to the nature of perishable goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges on coffee, syrups, or any consumable items.
